On January 31, 2018, the CEO of LOT, Alex Xu, signed a cooperation agreement with Liberty Global. The two sides agreed on the quality of existing orders and agreed on the delivery date.This is the first time the two sides have put the project on the agenda since the joint venture with Liberty Global in 2017.
